Wales is blessed with some of the finest fly fishing water in the UK, and I have been lucky enough to spend my entire life exploring its depths and currents. Having grown up on these banks, I’ve developed an intimate knowledge of our water systems—from the famous beats to the hidden gems known only to locals.

My guiding covers the legendary waters of the River Usk and River Wye, renowned for their wild brown trout and grayling, as well as the revitalized flows of some of South Wales's post industrial rivers . But beyond the famous names, I also love introducing guests to the vast network of smaller tributaries that flow through some of the most scenic countryside in the UK. These intimate brooks  and tributaries offer a technical challenge and a sense of seclusion that is hard to find elsewhere.

For those seeking true wilderness, I also host days in the mountains on the wild Llyns. Some of these higher-altitude lakes are places of complete unspoilt beauty, where the silence is absolute and the scenery is breathtaking. The fishing here is a challenge, but fooling a truly wild fish in such a rugged setting is one of the most rewarding experiences an angler can have.
